Fly Tying Classes June 2, 2009

5:30 to 7:30 PM Six Week Course

Learn to tie the local fly patterns for the Yakima River and surround streams and lakes. The six classes include the basics for tying your own flies, step by step instruction for local patterns, how to use the different fly tying tools and the proper selection of materials.

Jim Gallagher will be your instructor. The course will include most of the materials you will need to tie two different patterns each session. An introductory manual is also included. You just need to bring your tying equipment.

Please reserve your spot in the fly tying class by contacting the Yakima River Fly Shop. The course is $60 when paid in advance and $15 at the door for each session. The course is limited to 10 participants.
